The girls rewind their week past – seeing Suzanne Westenhoefer at The Manor to kick off Pandora Events “Laugh Out Loud” series. The Manor is the newest venue in South Florida’s gayborhood. Special guest Michelle Clunie (“Queer as Folk”) calls in to talk about her passion for social activism and human rights. A very intense, political, and fun conversation that touches on our government, health care reform, gay rights and a new venture to help children with HIV/AIDS. Musical Dyke Diva, Lori Michaels, calls in to talk up South Florida Pride, coming up March 13-14 at Jaco Pastorius Park in Fort Lauderdale, where she’ll be headlining all weekend, and drops a teaser about a big announcement. Later, the Bar Tab covers tasty Drink of the Week “Black Cherry Blast”, as well as Place to Hang Club Pink in Detroit, Michigan. (http://www.myspace.com/club_pink ) The Cool Website of the Week is a trendy little blogspot at http://stuffqueerpeopleneedtoknow.wordpress.com Donna interviews Jemma on her six weeks in the States – the fast food, the shopping, Denise’s family, and TV. To honor Jem’s last night in the studio, the girls answer her last live batch of questions. Some local events get announced, and the song Tonight is the Night by A Girl Named Chuck closes the show.
